The Best Makeup Looks For Winter 2023

It’s holiday party season and I’ve got the top makeup trends for you. Whether you are doing them yourself or looking for inspo for your upcoming makeup appointment, these looks are hot right now!

Metallic: this is the season to be bright and bold with metallic liners, glittery or shimmery lids and pearlescent skin, just don’t do all of them together. Pick one focus and go all out! Want the pearlescent skin? Start with a cream or liquid highlighter under your foundation to create a glazed donut effect.

Blush: for the past few years we are seeing blush everywhere! This trend continues this winter, seeing blush used on not only the cheeks but the eyelids, corners of the eyes, temples and nose. If you’re using this trend, avoid using bronzer and illuminator to obtain a nice flushed glow.

Red: the days of having a red lip be the focus of the makeup is over. While still a classic, we are now seeing a red lip paired with a red cheek and eye as well. Be careful not to overdo the red eye as it can make you look tired, but a pop on the outer corner is a nice addition to the makeup
