How do I book an appointment?

Please book all appointments through the booking link on the website.

Is there parking?

There is 2 hour free underground parking. You can enter off 20th street or at the end of the building on 33 Ave. Vehicles must be registered at the two hour timeframe through Honk mobile to avoid tickets. There are two levels of customer parking. Please do not park in Citizen Salon Studio stalls, these are reserved for the operators of Citizen Salon Studios.

Where are you located?

Bette Studio is located at Studio 3 232, 2031 33 Ave SW

How do I change or reschedule an appointment?

As long as you are doing so prior to 48 hours of the appointment, you can click the link in your booking or confirmation email to reschedule or cancel. Within 48 hours of the appointment, a cancellation fee applies and you will need to email hello@bettestudio.com. Appointments cannot be changed through dm on instagram or facebook.

Do you have an online store?

Yes! You can shop for all your hair and makeup products through the link on the shop tab.

What if I don’t like my hair?

I want nothing more than for you to be happy with your hair. Please contact hello@bettestudio.com within 7 days of your original appointment for alterations. Going lighter is not done with an alteration appointment as that can take more than one appointment to achieve desired brightness.

What is your return policy?

You have 7 days to contact Bette Studio for any hair adjustments, with the exception of going lighter. All haircare products have a 30 day guarantee, they can be refunded or exchanged within that time. Hot Tools have a 1 year manufacturer warranty, please contact them directly if after the 30 days. Seint product can be shipped directly to Seint, there is a Contact Us link at the bottom of their website.
